The Cheesecake Factory Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Oreo and cheesecake were truly a match made in heaven. And if you have tried the Cheesecake Factory Oreo Cheesecake, you will know exactly what I am talking about. You can make this recipe in the comfort of your own home for a fraction of the cost and brag to your friends that yes, you made it! Warning though: this is really really addictive! Cheesecake Factory Oreo Cheesecake Recipe Ingredients: For the Cheesecake Factory Oreo cheesecake filling you will need: *1 1/2 pound of cream cheese *1 cup sugar *5 large eggs *1/4 tsp salt *2 tsp vanilla *1/4 cup flour *8 oz sour cream *5 whole Oreo cookies (ground into crumbs for the batter) *10 ground Oreo cookies for the topping For the Cheesecake Factory Oreo cheesecake crust you will need: *1 1/2 cup Oreo cookie crumbs (about 25 ground Oreo cookies) *2 tsp melted butter Mix the crust ingredients and then press it into the bottom and the sides of a 9" spring form pan. Make sure to butter the bottom and sides. Next beat the cream cheese with a mixer on low until it is nice and fluffy. Slowly add sugar to the mix and continue to beat the mixture on low. Next slowly add in the eggs and continue to beat it until it is thoroughly mixed. Continue adding the vanilla, salt and then flour into everything is nice and smooth. Add the sour cream last. You now want to use a large spatula or a large spoon and stir in the coarsely chopped Oreo cookies. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the spring pan and top the entire cheesecake with your 10 ground Oreo cookies. Place your spring-form pan in the oven at 325 degrees F and bake for 75 minutes. After 75 minutes have passed, keep the oven door open and let the your cheesecake stay in the oven for one hour. Remove your finished Cheesecake Factory Oreo Cheesecake and place it in the fridge overnight or for 24 hours if possible.
