Buffalo Chicken Dip

I love my job, but I also enjoy cooking !! I love to make simple, easy dishes.  I really love to make appetizers.  I like a variety, so for me, appetizers are a great way to get the best of both worlds.  When I go to my Aunt"s in Florida we always make new recipes, most of which are appetizers. I like to take recipes, tweak them to make them my own.  The best part about cooking is being able to experiment and try new things.  I am not bashful and will try anything at least once.  Life is to short to just eat Macaroni and Cheese !! Here is one of my favorite, quick recipes.  I make this all the time.  It is super easy to make.  This recipe is great for parties.  My family and friends always request I bring it.  My husband loves it.  Enjoy :) 1 can of chicken (sometimes I use fresh shredded chicken 2cups) 1 8oz cream cheese (I use fat free) 1/2 cup of ranch dressing 1/4 cup of hot sauce (you can add more or less depending on your taste) dash of salt-n-pepper dash of garlic 1/2 cup of shredded cheese (I prefer monterey jack) All I do is put in small crock pot and let is cook :) Serve with crackers, wheat thins, beer bread, pita chips or just eat by itself !! If you like this recipe you will love some of the others I plan to post.  I have tons of quick, simple recipes.  I just hope you and your family and friends enjoy this as much as mine do.
